Transcript: Yesterday my cousin said that my rooster wasn't a real rooster. He said he's a Walmart rooster. *chicken noises* Does this not look like a real rooster to you? *chicken makes a sound again* Sure, he's small, but he has feelings.

you are falsely assuming that 'sending weapons to ukraine' is something that NATO does in a vacuum, neutrally--that the sole difference between a NATO-supported ukrainian state and a non-NATO-supported ukrainian state is that the former has guns. but that's not how international relations work! this support comes with strings attached, and those strings involve pushing for ukraine to focus on achieving NATO goals (maximizing damage to russia) rather than pursue the interests of its people. the UK has intervened to actively pressure zelensky out of pursuing a peace deal -- the USA is currently pressuring the ukrainian military to quite literally feed more men into the meat grinder by adopting more aggressive tactics less focused on preserving life (!)
when NATO is backing ukraine and publicly pushing lines like "crimea must be returned" and "putin must be deposed" -- lines that are obvious nonstarters to peace negotiations because they are completely militarily unfeasible and would be political (and likely literal) suicide for putin to agree to -- this obviously diminishes and erodes ukraine's ability to push for peace under any other terms. all aid to ukraine is not "walkin' around money", it is predicated upon ukraine continuing to conduct the war on NATO's terms and to NATO's benefit rather than their own. it is very very clear that NATO wants a decisive and total military defeat of russia and is equipping ukraine in service of that.
i don't believe (and neither do any of the other marxist-leninists calling for peace, only putinist campists and russian nationalists believe this) that unconditional surrender is in the best interests of the ukrainian people, but neither is pursuing the most decisive possible victory. what is in the the best interests of the ukrainian people is to fight a strictly defensive war and negotiate a peace on those terms as soon as possible. elsewhere on your blog you make a comparison to afghanistan & vietnam--but when supporting vietnam, the soviet union did not say "the vietnam war cannot end until lyndon b. johnson is deposed" or "this war cannot end until the US cedes all their pacific colonies to vietnam"
